Worst Customer Service in Existence - Does not care about customers, money hungryThis is a brand that sells 'luxury' products with shein level customer service (and that is being generous). I did not receive my order and emailed them 3 times before finally getting a response. They then proceeded to tell me that there is nothing they can do about it because the carrier says it has been delivered (with no proof of delivery btw like a signature or picture). They then proceeded to tell me that I should have bought insurance if I wanted to make sure my product actually got to my door... lol wtf? I paid for an expensive dress plus for shipping but apparently I needed to buy insurance too? Not to mention that they do not even have the option to add insurance on to your package on their website when checking out so idek wtf they meant by that. I contacted USPS to see where my package was and see if I could file a claim to which they told me that the package was ineligible for a claim because again, the business did not purchase insurance. I have a small ecommerce brand myself. It costs a couple extra dollars per package to buy insurance but ofc they did not do that. They have to pay for Batul's first class tickets to Turkey so she can post it on her story but they can't refund a normal person's $100 order. They then told me that the package was probably stolen from my mail locker, how would that even happen if I am the only one with the key? I explained this and they kept saying it was stolen, stolen, stolen. Apparently someone has a copy of my key and opened my mail locker and stole the package lol. Then they told me I should ask my apartment building to go through security footage to find the culprit... my building gets 100s of packages daily. What an absurd request. This is a money hungry brand that only cares about themselves and gives the illusion of a luxurious experience. The designs are beautiful and the quality is good, but the customer service needs some serious rework. If you are choosing not to buy insurance on your package, you should replace missing items instead of gaslighting the customer into thinking it is their fault for not buying the insurance when that isn't even an option on your website. This is also completely illegal btw according to the FTC. When i told them about this and gave them sources they said I was threatening them lol. How is telling you what the law is a threat unless you are ACTUALLY BREAKING THE LAW? Anyway, I ended up getting my package over a week later. I live in an apartment complex so probably what happened is that USPS put it in someone else's locker and then that tenant brought it to my door. It is a good thing that the tenant was nice and honest and decided not to keep the package for themselves because BTC was useless about replacing it or givng me a refund or even a coupon or credit or anything aside from headaches and wasting my time. Also all of their customer service emails are clearly written by ChatGPT, they couldn't even go through the effort of removing the dashes and actually googling the laws they are breaking.
